Exchange Policy
1. Eligibility for Exchange
We accept exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the order.
2. Conditions for Exchange
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Exchange requests for reasons other than defects or incorrect items (e.g., change of mind) will not be accepted.
3. Exchange Process

Once your request is approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error.
After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process the exchange within 3-5 business days.

Opened or used packaging materials
5. Exchange Shipping & Handling
Replacement items will be shipped using standard shipping within 3-5 business days after approval.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, store credit or an alternative item will be offered.
